These Terms of Service govern access to and use of FIMH. By accessing or using FIMH, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

FIMH provides tools for creating, managing, editing, storing and publishing media and related content. Some features may allow users to connect external services such as Google, YouTube or other supported platforms.

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. You must not use FIMH for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, malware, harassment, infringement of intellectual property rights or other activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of content that you create or upload to FIMH. You grant FIMH only the permissions reasonably necessary to process, store, display, transform, transmit or publish that content in order to provide features and actions that you request.

When you connect a third-party service such as Google or YouTube, you authorize FIMH to interact with that service only within the permissions you approve. Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms, policies and availability of those service providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you create, upload, distribute or publish through FIMH is lawful and that you have the necessary rights, permissions and licenses to use and publish it.

FIMH may apply reasonable technical, security, storage, usage or account limits where necessary to protect the platform, maintain reliable operation, prevent abuse or comply with applicable requirements.

FIMH may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate abuse or security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or address material violations of these terms.

Features and third-party integrations may change over time. FIMH will make reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably, but availability of external services may depend on third-party providers outside FIMH's control.

Users may stop using FIMH and may disconnect supported external services. Eligible account or personal-data deletion requests can be submitted through the available account controls or by contacting FIMH.

These terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in FIMH, applicable requirements or platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
